Monfort Professors
As part of a $5 million gift to Colorado State University, the Monfort Family Foundation established the Monfort Professors Program to help the university enhance its faculty by recruiting and retaining talented faculty members. Each year for five years, starting in fall 2002, two outstanding faculty members will be named Monfort Professors. This designation will be for a two-year period. Each designee will receive $75,000 a year to support teaching and research activities.
